Investment timing and capacity with overlapping ownership
Dimitrios Zormpas is currently fellow-in-residence at CY AS, invited by ESSEC
I will first describe the properties of the real options approach (ROA) and explain why its employment is useful when investment problems are studied. I will then define overlapping ownership arrangements and explain how they affect investment timing and capacity using the ROA.
